In the plane - over canada - day 2 - 12:05am - 4/9/08

Were traveling around 600 mph, we have (which doesn't seem to be right, but that's what the 6" x 6" screen in front of me says) a little more than 6 hours left til we land in London. We are currently 37,000 feet in the air and it is -63f, we also have about 3,534 miles to go.

My Isis albums that I was kinda saving are amazing. The food was actually pretty good, Sam and I had a glass of wine with our meal. We weren't sure if Sam could drink because we are still in the U.S. but because we are on Air France he can. We were told that just because we can drink is no reason to get drunk in very motherly tone, almost like Marry Poppins was telling us this.

sitting in the airport - LAX- day 1- 7:30pm - 4/8/08

Gate 28, we've been sitting for about a hour now. Santi and I went to find some food and grabbed Burger King, not the greatest of food but it would suffice, it was also extremely expensive, at least double what it would be normally. Sam and Luke went to have a smoke. The room for smoking was outside the security area, so you would have to go back out and then go through security to get back to the gate in which we would be departing. We were just informed that our flight would be delayed about 20 minutes from 8:25 pm to 8:45 pm. At this point I'm really not nervous or scared, I just want to get there and get on with it.
